Please be advised that registration to the WALGA website is only required for access to paid subscription services offered to WALGA Members.

To sign up, and request access to subscription services, please follow the steps below. If you are having difficulty or have any questions, please email marketingsupport@walga.asn.au.

How to Create a User Profile

If you have not yet registered on the website, please first click the 'Sign up' button on the top right corner of the WALGA homepage.

Enter your details ensuring you complete all the fields correctly and using your Council-assigned email address. Once your request is approved you will receive an automated email (this may take up to 48 hours).
















 



Once approved, you can then login and request permission to the subscription services.

Click the 'Log in' button on the menu bar.







 




Enter your email and password. If you have forgotten this, please click the 'Forgot password' button below.









 

 



 

How to Access Subscription Services

Once logged in, click the profile button on the menu bar (this will have your name on it). Here you will find a drop down menu and be able to update your details, change your password and request access to subscription areas. Select 'Request Permission' from the menu.






 











 

Once you have checked the boxed for the services you need click Request.

The subscription manager* at WALGA will approve your access. You will receive an automatic email when you have been approved. Please allow up to 48 hours.

*Please note that each subscription service has a different subscription manager so not all requests will be actioned at once.







 


Once you have received an email confiming you have access, you can then navigate to the subscription service area.

Please note, you must be logged in to see the subscription service area.
